Le Arcate Hotel - Praia a Mare

Spent Xmas here with family and we had a good time! The food was amazing, especially the pasta dishes - highly recommended! The hotel was located just a short walk from the beach and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel.

The room could have been better equipped with more amenities, and the breakfast was a bit limited.

The location of the hotel was convenient, and the chef at dinner was accommodating, even for those who didn't speak Italian. the rooms were basic, but functional, and had the necessary facilities. While the breakfast was only a croissant and coffee, the restaurant offered a wider menu.

There were reports of issues with charging and refunding guests correctly, which should be addressed.

The breakfast was very basic, with just coffee and a croissant provided. On top of that, I was triple charged for the room which caused a lot of inconvenience.

I had a wonderful dining experience here. The chef were very good too accommodate my needs. He explained the menu in English and even modified the sauces to my liking. I was impressed by the really good level of service provided by the staff. They were helpful and friendly at all times. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. It was well-maintained and super clean. my experience at this hotel was good.
